Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate (SLES/AES) is a colorless to pale yellow transparent viscous liquid, freely soluble in water. As a mild anionic surfactant, it features excellent detergency, foaming and emulsifying properties, with much lower irritation than SDS/SLS, better hard water resistance and finer, more stable foam.

It is widely used in daily care products such as shampoo, body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent and dish soap, and also serves as industrial emulsifier and textile auxiliary.
